On Being Brave

Day #26

I got a message from Karmen this week that she had a new post on her blog about her visit earlier this month.

I was blown away.

It was so lovely.

It's about bravery.

How it is different for each person.

You know, it didn’t occur to me that bravery was involved when she drove over 10 hours by herself to visit people she had never met.

I knew it involved some spunk, but I didn’t recognize the bravery.

They sometimes look alike to me.

I shared the post with my friends that she got to meet.

I really wanted them to read the part that talks about her meeting us was like meeting characters in a favorite book.

What a compliment!

We were all so touched.

My friends recognized her bravery
(better than me).

They loved her writing.

They thanked God for making all of this so.

As only He could.

The great and original author
of our faith that He is.

I’ll let you read the rest.

It’s worth it.

Karmen is so talented.

[Okay, I have to admit, I got a little something out of typing that.]
