Hall Tree

Day #13

When we got all new interior doors during our construction job last winter,

my dad took our old bathroom door home with him to Indiana.

It was the only interior door we had that was panneled.

He made a Hall Tree for us.

He added a bench seat to it out of an old pew from the church I grew up in.

It creates a nice area to put shoes underneath.

The hooks are very handy for jackets and bags.

This is the staged money shot.

We put that chalkboard sign on the door during bible study and prayer group
so people don’t feel the need to ring the doorbell and freak out the dog.

But here is the reality shot

before I cleaned it up for the money shot.

We love it!
